If you're like most people, you're probably wondering what the heck TurtleChick.Com is all about. Hopefully, you haven't come here hoping to see naked people on their backs, because there aren't any.
TurtleChick.Com is an educational site about turtles and turtle rescue, that's the Turtle. The lead rescuer happens to be a girl who doesn't mind being called a chick; that's the Chick. The .com is her boyfriend, a web geek if ever there was one.
On this site, I hope to share my passion for turtles and to make everyone aware of some of the dangers they face. With luck, you'll come to love them as I do and there will be a few more turtles left in the world for us all to enjoy.
